Julie Anne Clark commences dance classes at an early age and trained with Christine Brown in Sydney under the FATD syllabus for tap and modern.
Instilling a love for the stage from an early age and a passion for tap and musical theatre, Julie commenced working professionally at the age of 11, performing in pantomimes on the Sydney club circuit over the school holiday period.
In 1978, at the age of 17, Julie opened the Julie Anne Talent School in Dee Why NSW whilst completing a Diploma in General Primary teaching and graduated from the Guild Teachers College Sydney in March 1981. In 1981, Julie established the Theatrical and Modelling Agency division of Julie Anne Talent School and sold the business in 1990.
1991 – 1993: Taught FTAD syllabus tap classes for Janece Graham at Glenrose Dance Centre in Belrose NSW.
1991 – 2009: Senior teacher for Valarie Smith Stage School in Frenchs Forest NSW and was instrumental in establishing and training all eisteddfod age groups in jazz, modern, tap and musical theatre styles.
2007 – 2009: Senior teacher for Julie Hall at Warringah Performing Arts School in Brookvale NSW training junior and intermediate eisteddfod jazz, musical theatre and song and dance groups for show performance groups and competition.
2009 – Current: Relocated to live in Tweed Heads NSW in August 2009 and is National Sales Representative for Bloch Dancewear. She also is a highly respected teacher at KOTB Performance Academy, offering her knowledge and experience to students.

Co-ordinator of Overseas and Interstate Dance Tours
Organised & guided several dance tours to Los Angeles and New York, with Magic Music Days workshops and performance at Disneyland, Anaheim and also in California Adventure Park and Las Vegas. Students competed successfully in the Co Dance Convention in Burbank, LA in January 2005, under guest judges Tyce Diorio and Brian Freedman from SYTYCD USA.
